This fund raiser truly is a FUN raiser.

Our children, friends, family and faculty have a wonderful time enjoying a day of games, rides, food and treats, a raffle, a Fun House, a baked goods auction…the fun goes on and on!  This year we will again have a Chili Cook-Off!

We offer and encourage pre-purchase of booth and game tickets, lunch tokens, and raffle tickets.  Pre-sale (until January 27) saves everyone time – you can go straight to the fun rather than waiting in line at the Ticket Booth.  Presale also saves you money, as tickets can be purchased in blocks of 25 for $5 during presale, vs. 4 for $1 if purchased at Winter Festival.

This year we are again offering an ALL INCLUSIVE FIELD BRACELET. For $25, your child can have unlimited access and fun at the following ten venues that will be located in the field:   Obstacle Course,  Extreme Entertainment Rock Climbing Wall, Velcro Wall, Bungee Run,  Mini Golf, Super Slide, Basketball Shoot, Ponies, Scooby Doo Bounce House and the wonderful Winter Wonderland Snow area.  Each of these venues can still be paid for with tickets, bracelets are not mandatory. However, each venue will cost 5-8 tickets, so if your child does every venue once, and half of them twice, then the bracelet has “paid for itself”.  Tickets are still required for all class game booths, face painting, the 5th Grade Fun House, and all Concessions.

Please complete the attached order from and return no later than Wednesday, January 27th. All presale orders will be sent home in backpacks on Thursday, January 28th.   ONE FORM PER FAMILY PLEASE.

 BACK AGAIN THIS YEAR – CHILI COOK-OFF!!

If you love making chili or just tasting chili, enter our contest or buy tasting ballots for our second annual chili cook-off!  If you’d like to enter, complete the Chili Entry Form.  But hurry, we are limiting this contest to the first 20 entries.  Also, buy a tasting ballot in advance – for a low price of $10.00 – this gives you entrance into the Chili Corral to taste some of the best homemade chili around!  Your ballot will give you the ability to enter your vote for the BEST overall chili for the Peoples Choice Award!  You won’t want to miss this opportunity

Once again, the teachers will tempt us with wonderful treats in the Baked Goods Auction. Come ready to bid on your favorite yummy baked good and support your teachers!

Your raffle ticket will be in all 5 drawings, they are not separate raffles.  Raffle prizes will be drawn so that the first ticket pulled gets first choice of prizes, second ticket pulled gets the next choice, and so on.  Winners will be drawn at 3:30 at Winter Festival.  Must be present to win!

Ticket and Lunch Pre-Sale

Ticket and Lunch Pre-Sale: Please return one order form per family by Wednesday, January 27, 2010. The all-inclusive bracelets are for the 10 venues listed. When deciding your order amounts, please note: Tickets are still needed for the 12 Class Prize Booths, 5th grade Fun House and the Face Painting, which require 2 – 4 tickets each. Concessions of popcorn, cotton candy and snow cones are 4 tickets each. Tickets for the venues covered by the all-inclusive bracelet will require 5-8 tickets each without a bracelet.

Lunch includes:      Hamburger, Hotdog, or BBQ Sandwich, Chips and Drink
Beer Garden:        Beer will be sold for $4.00 cash or 16 tickets
