THE ANNUAL FUND
As a small school, SEA depends on the generous support to the Annual Fund by all families to provide the margin of excellence for which we are known. Each year annual giving touches every part of the school: faculty salaries and professional development, financial aid, classroom supplies and facilities enhancements. The generosity of our parents touches each student in real ways every day.
The Sweetwater Episcopal Academy’s Annual Fund was established to provide unrestricted support for current operations. The stronger the Annual Fund, the better equipped the school is to provide a superior educational environment for our students.
SEA Annual Fund gifts have a direct impact on the everyday lives of students and are used in a variety of ways: providing financial aid, increased funding for student activities, faculty recruitment, state of the art technology such as wireless Internet, support for SEA's programs, and much more.
One of the ways parents, alumni and friends of SEA can support our school is through donations known as "Gifts In Kind." Gift In Kind Donations are tangible goods and services donated to the school for which the donor can receive a tax deduction for the fair market value of the item. Before accepting Gifts In Kind, the appropriate school department should be contacted by the donor to determine our ability to use the specific item.
