Drop-Off Procedures
Kindergarten through 5th grade students must be dropped off in the circular drive area in front of the school no earlier than 8:00 a.m. Parents of PreK students may park and walk students to their classrooms or have older siblings walk them to class. Teachers are present to provide assistance at drop-off. Kindergarten children are escorted to their classes. All other students go directly to their classrooms. Please remain in your car in order to facilitate a safe drop off as well as an orderly start to the day.

Dismissal
Pre-K Parents:
Pre-K students will dismiss from Gray Hall starting at 2:45 p.m. When entering campus, PreK vehicles make an immediate left turn and circle around and line up cars in the right traffic lane in front of Gray Hall. Place the pink carpool card in your windshield on the passenger side. (List all your children on this card.) VPK Parents must sign the attendance sheet as required. Parents who also pick up older siblings at 3:00 p.m. will circle around and wait on the right lane of the circle. If you do not have an older child, you may exit the parking area immediately.

K – 5 Parents (without Pre-K children):
Please do not arrive before 2:55. Students dismiss from Gray Hall starting at 3:00 p.m. as usual. Parents will form two lanes in front of the cones located near the brick crosswalk as you approach Gray Hall. Place the blue carpool card in your windshield on the passenger side. After PreK students have been picked up, the lanes will be opened and you may proceed to the dismissal area. If you park in front of Gray Hall before 2:55, you will be asked to move your vehicle to the back.

Early Pickup
If it is necessary to pick up your child before the regular dismissal time, please send a note or call the teacher that morning. When you arrive at school to pick up your child, please come to the school office. For their safety and security, students must be picked up only in the office.
