SEA Homeroom Outreach Projects (HOPS)
Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at 12:14PM SEA is committed to reaching out to the wider world, and to serving the surrounding community. Through projects coordinated and designed by parents, SEA students experience the gift of serving others outside of the classroom. HOPS (Homeroom Outreach Projects) find their origin in the homeroom classes, where the parents and teachers work together to arrange a project appropriate for the children’s ages and abilities, where the children can learn through hands-on service.
While it is easy to think about our own community, it is more important to think about the community around us and take the SEA KindZone out into the world.
